Referring to the concept of nation by Ernst Renan and nation-building process Antonina Kłoskowska, as well based on Samuel Huntington’s statements author attempts verify hypothesis that Polish national community retaining its demographic ethnocultural core, undergoes Ukrainization in sphere collective consciousness. For this purpose, using causal explanation integral political actions phenomena developed Tadeusz Klementewicz, analyzes impact migration processes, status Ukrainian citizens Poland, problems assimilation integration, what speaks for nation.
